Ateljé Sami Tallberg's summer table is set
Experience a wild food summer table at Matri House
Welcome to discover the world of wild food at Matri House, set in the scenic ironworks village of Mathildedal. Enjoy a lunch designed by Sami Tallberg, where wild herbs and the finest seasonal ingredients come together to create a pure and multi-layered culinary experience.
Lunch is served on June 13–14 and, after Midsummer, daily in two seatings until August 6, 2026.

Local flavours at the heart
Sami Tallberg presents an inspiring lunch where wild herbs and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients take centre stage. On the plate, you’ll taste the pure flavours of nearby forests and farms, prepared with simplicity and care. The meal begins with shared starters – three small dishes – continues with a main course, and finishes with a sweet finale.
Seatings at 11:00 and 13:00. The menu at the Ateljé is always available gluten-free and dairy-free. All dietary requirements and allergies are carefully accommodated.
